Planning permission was successfully achieved on this difficult site at the junction of Manchester Road and Fulwood Road. Using a unique foundation design, the bases of the former WC and Police Box were utilised along with a series of steel piles to navigate the sensitive issues presented within the Broomhill Conservation Area.
